These regulations are intended exclusively for end consumers, and the use of the program by distributors or retailers is prohibited.
To request a product exchange, the consumer must contact sac@alisul.com.br, providing: Full name, phone number, email, residential address, the commercial establishment where the product was purchased, along with complete product details: Name, packaging presentation, manufacturing date, batch number, problem description, and meet the following conditions:
1. Only Frost line products will be authorized;
2. The food transition must have been done gradually, according to the packaging recommendation;
3. Present the purchase receipt of the product;
4. Make the request within a maximum of 60 days from the purchase date;
5. Have at least 75% of the product remaining in the package;
6. The product must still be within the validity period.
Alisul Alimentos S/A Quality Control will evaluate the provided information and guide the product exchange procedure.
